1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tk133 ("tk133", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at tk133.io. 3. Account Registration

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider while maintaining an active tk133 account, or after receiving and using bonus funds, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tk133 reserves the right to suspend your account, recover any funds disbursed, and pursue recovery of amounts owed through available legal channels.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified tk133 account and make a qualifying first deposit of at least ৳500 are eligible to receive a 100% deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to the player's bonus wallet upon completion of the qualifying deposit. No bonus code is required.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.5 Promotional Changes

tk133 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be notified of material changes that affect their existing bonus balances.

6. Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Random Number Generators

7. Prohibited Conduct

tk133 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where the player has breached any provision of these Terms, where tk133 suspects fraudulent activity or money laundering, where the player has initiated a chargeback, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method. 13. Amendments to These Terms
